Ms Mufti and the Governor had wide ranging discussions, which particularly focused on the maintenance of law and order, internal security, pace of tourist arrivals in the Valley, progress of Shri Amarnathji Yatra, timely implementation of important schemes and projects, functioning of the Universities, need for critical watch on the emergence of new educational institutions and the steps required to be taken to protect the interests of school, college and university students.
Governor and Chief Minister also discussed the broad framework of developmental and other initiatives which may be taken in the next six months, by the end of the year.
